We offer a 14-day return window for all items. E-bikes must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund, minus applicable restocking fees.
Do Aventon e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Aventon e-bikes come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship, including the frame, motor, and battery.

Are the bikes water-resistant for rainy rides?
