At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your e-bike or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your item if necessary and pack it securely in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
